Despite the lack of Wi-Fi, there are several positive aspects to consider. the hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, making it easy for families with small kids to access necessary supplies. the hotel is situated close to the center of town, allowing guests to explore local shops and restaurants. multiple beaches are within close proximity, providing ample opportunities for family outings and seaside relaxation.
There is no Wi-Fi signal in the rooms or outdoor areas, which can be a bit inconvenient who rely on internet access.

A beautiful place and our apartment was very clean, well kept and had an amazing view of the sea out of every window. I would certainly stay in this apartment again. We stayed in May and it was very quiet, which we prefer, but may be too quiet for others.

Close to the city center and beach.
Well I was surprised that there is extra charge for towels and sheets - 15e per person. There was no price mentioned at booking. The kitchen was equipped poorly, only very basic things, plates, cups, etc. nothing to make coffee, no cutting board, no dish cloth. Need to use cooking pot to heat water. No washing machine, ironing board or any cleaning chemicals and wipes.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, as it is right next to the harbor and close to multiple beaches. It is also conveniently close to the center of town, making it easy to explore. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with lovely views from the balconies. The showers are powerful and refreshing, ensuring a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is delicious and satisfying.
No major issues, everything was great!

Location. Walking distance to two beaches: one sandy, one stony. South balcony, wonderful view, free parking

Everything worked as they announced. Close to the beach.
A bit complicated system of waste collecting.

the location was also a plus, with fantastic views of the beach from the balcony. the town was lively but not too overwhelming, and the nearby restaurants were a great way to experience local cuisine.
Maintenance could have been better. the apartment showed some wear and tear, but it didn't affect our overall experience too much.

We had an entire 3-floor apartment for two of us (although there were enough sleeping spaces for up to 6 people). As this was a self-catered stay we had expected to find some facilities for cooking for ourselves but were still surprised at the amount - cups, pans, plates, bowls, a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and the list goes on - pretty much everything you could want for bringing in food for yourself. There was a balcony with chairs and table outside as well as dining table and chairs inside plus a drying rack. When we did get there, our toilet seat and shower door were broken, but when we reported this they were completely fixed practically straight away. The location is beautiful. It is a relatively new small town which is very tourist based, but at the same time is not one of the busiest in Sardinia and so we were not overcrowded with people (although we did visit at the beginning of September, so peak season WAS over). Despite being off-peak, there were still plenty of things to do. I would particularly recommend a visit to Lu Nurago Ristorante - it's a bit out of the way if you have no car, but when we called up to find out their location, they came and picked us up then dropped us back again. And the food is well worth the 10minute drive! All in all, it was a really lovely place and we had a lovely relaxing time.
The one thing which really annoyed me was the fact that bed sheets and towels weren't provided in the room price and there was nowhere which mentioned that in the hotel's advertisements/information. If you don't take towels and bed sheets with you, you have to pay to borrow them for the time you are there. This is not a massive problem in itself as the cost of the stay was very cheap, but I think it's very bad that you are not told this before your stay. I only knew because I had read it on another review of the hotel. Another negative, which isn't the hotels fault, is that it's difficult to get anywhere if you don't have a car. Whilst we found plenty to do in the town, it was arriving and leaving that was a problem. The main bus is actually 4km out of the town and a taxi is definitely needed as there aren't pavements to walk on and the roads are very bendy. But don't let these put you off. As I have said, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Staff in Residence Tanca Della Torre was very friendly and helpful however if I did not speak Italian that could have been more difficult. It was a nice surprise to have wi-fi in their office. We had an apartment for two people with sea view - apartment was quite huge, clean, had most kitchen utensils good for cooking. Tarace was very nice as well. Surprisingly we had a washing machine and laundry dryier on terace which turned out to be helpful. We visited in September so it was quiet - both in our residence and in Isola Rossa. This residence it marvellous if you plan to stay at the beach for a couple of days and do extensive sight-seeing in north and west side of Sardinia by car. Definetely would recommend it. Good deal for such price!
The staff despite being so nice, should know a bit more of English.

Friendly staff, good location (you can see the sea on both sides of the penisula). Kid's playground just next to the house. Very close to the beach(es), nice and clean sandy beaches. Friendly people everywhere, you can communicate with very basic Italian even though hardly anybody knows English. Clean area, good recycling scheme, although the English instruction could be more precise.
The office location is difficult to find, because the main street (Lungomare Cottoni) has no name plates or numbers. But, after calling the agency, they send a guy on the moped and he showed me the way to the apartment. (superb!) The house was not too clean, using basic cleaning products it took us 10 minutes to bring it to good state. We were flying from Alghero airport, Isola Rosa is far away from there (2 hours drive), the road is very curvy and not well marked. Use the good map or GPS.

Stay here second time this year. A location is perfect-just 3 minutes walk to Spiaggia Longa. Apartments has everything you need for living ( kitchenware etc) Towels and bedlinen are extra charge. You can get a free Wi-Fi at Agenzia Isola Rossa office or at Cafe Scoglio Rosso nearby. The best grocery is LD-Mercato in Badesi. There everyhing are 50 % cheaper then in Isola Rossa incl. wine & famous pecorino cheese. Good luck to everybody in Isola Rossa.

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach. Plus, we enjoyed the fantastic views from our balcony and the overall cleanliness of the room was impressive.
Our stay was marred by a number of issues. the lack of cutlery in our room was a real hassle, as we had to go out and buy our own.

Nice clean apartment. Good quality bathroom with 2 basins, good shower. Big refrigerator, washing machine. 4 rigns cooker and oven. Limited sea-view. Nice sand-beach in a 5-minutes walk. Another beach - 5-minutes drive. Nice sea-rocks, epecially to look at at sunset.
The apartments are located in a very quiet place. About 4 restaurants. Several mini-markets. I would call it a village. Too quiet if you want to have entertainments. Near the village - there is an aqua-park, but it was closed from Septermber 3. :(

Location and staff friendliness. Also, there is a SISA supermarket in town where you can buy all you need for a comfortable - and inexpensive - stay. Last but not least, several nearby restaurants are good quality and inexpensive.
You have to bring along your bed linens and towels, else they can provide them for an additional fee. Not a big issue, the fee is reasonable and we couldn't have afforded the extra linen weight on our flight, but we never had this problem when reserving an apartment in the past.
